In central Tel Aviv, close to Kikar Hamedina, a new luxury boutique building is currently being designed by the Bar Orian Architects Office together with Omer Rabin Architects.
The building is planned as an architectural icon, which will blend in with the Tel Avivian urban surroundings.
The variety of apartments, the careful design of each one, 2 elevators, a penthouse elevator, the public spaces, the parking – all combine to offer maximum convenience while turning each apartment into an indulging space optimally suited to the living experience.
The building consists of eight stories and 28 apartments.
Each apartment will be assigned one underground parking space.
The construction is designed to a high standard. It includes premium-grade design elements including curtain walls, smart home and electricity systems, electric blinds and venetian blinds. All this is presented while placing the emphasis on optimal melding of the various elements one with the others. Particular care is devoted to the finishing work and the interfaces between them when executing the project.
