About the project
In Tel Aviv’s Old North, we are planning a boutique project – a new building with 33 apartments.
The Namir Project is being built to a high construction standard with a range of compact-size apartment styles. The design is optimal, including rich, high-quality finishing, meticulously executed.
Compact apartments efficiently laid out
The project has been designed with special emphasis on optimal utilization of the floor space and on enabling the tenants to enjoy the best possible quality of life in a compact, attractively-priced apartment.
Each apartment will be assigned a parking slot in an underground installation, where upon exiting the home tenants will be able to summon their vehicle to wait for them at the exit from the parking.
The building consists of four apartments on each floor – a total of eight floors above the Pilotis level.
The project is aimed at families, couples and single occupants.

The project is located in Tel Aviv’s Old North, in Quarter 4, opposite the upscale Bavli Neighborhood, adjoining Singer Garden and only 300 meters away from Yarkon Park.
Access to the project is from two streets – the quiet Zirelson Street and Namir Road.
The green part of the big city
The project lies beside Tel Aviv’s greenbelt – the Yarkon Park and River and the University, and it is close to the cafe’ strip and entertainment centers of the Yehuda Maccabi area. It is part of one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Tel Aviv.
The project features accessibility to main traffic arteries and parking – quick exits to all of Tel Aviv’s main thoroughfares (Netivei Ayalon, Hayarkon, Namir).
